Meet Nova! Nova Carmichael, LMHC, R-DMT, is a somatic therapist who utilizes movement, body awareness, mindfulness techniques, cognitive coping skills, and trauma informed care to support the needs and goals of her clients. Nova works with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, adults, and families.
