I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician whose work focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly believe that if one is able to change their thoughts then they can change their world. I work with children, adolescents and adults. My philosophy about therapy has helped individuals deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family conflict. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania in 2011.
I specialize in working with adolescent girls; aiming to help build a strong sense of identity, and giving them the tools to work through conflict. I also sees children and families, and help them both to communicate more positively with each other. I work primarily with adolescent females in areas of self esteem, social skills, empowerment, and communication skills. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or email me.
