Join our team!

Counseling Services of Greater Boston, LLC is currently seeking full-time and part-time licensed psychotherapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD., PhD.), addiction specialists (LADC1) to join our group practice and become a member of a well-established, dedicated, and growing team in the Greater Boston area! We have office-based, virtual, and hybrid positions available, though due to client demand for in-person sessions, preference is given to those who can accomodate an office-based position.

We are also hiring for in-person, MA level pre-licensed therapists who are on an LMHC track and need to complete post-grad clinical hours. These positions are PT to start, with potential to become FT within 6-9 months. Preference is given to candidates who have completed their MA degree and have at least one year of post-grad clinical experience.

Diversity, Equality & Inclusivity

CSGB strives to ensure that our values around diversity, equality and inclusion are present within our administrative policies and in the office culture as a whole. We take great efforts to research and educate ourselves, to listen to our clients and clinicians, to reflect on our impact, and collaborate to create action steps towards change. We take steps to ensure that at all levels of the company (hiring, onboarding, supervision, clinical practice and documentation, and billing) we are maintaining an inclusive and safe work environment.

All staff members have opportunities to have their voices heard through administrative engagement. We offer opportunities in mentorship and supervision in order to enhance professional skills. We do not out-source our administrative work. We provide opportunities for clinicians to take on administrative roles within the practice which allows them to learn small-business skills and feel connected to the organization as a whole. We know the challenges of this field very well, and the importance of self-care. We want our staff to have access to good quality healthcare. As such, our practice offers medical and dental benefits to full-time staff. We invest our money back into our staff to ensure that they are supported and can take on the challenges of this field. Most importantly, we recognize that we are a group of unique individuals. Just as each client has different needs, so does each clinician. We do our best to honor those needs and allow the culture of our practice to be moved and influenced by each member.
