Elicia Zukowski, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a wide range of experience in working with all ages across the lifespan and many diagnostic presentations. I currently work with adolescents and adults; however I am passionate about, and specialize in, helping individuals who are suffering from past or current trauma. I am also highly experienced in working with issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and communication patterns between peers or family members. I pride myself on providing a safe space for clients to feel comfortable being their true selves and believe everyone has the right to live a life they can be proud of.

My focus is to help you build a strong sense of self as well as confidence to work through difficult or stressful situations.

I received my BA in Psychology from Keene State College followed by my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University. My main therapeutic approach is Client-Centered Therapy however, I am flexible in my approaches and pull from modalities that will best help each client reach their goals. These include TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, and other evidenced based practices.
