First Responder Counseling

Due to the incredible demands of working as a First Responder, mental health is often at risk. The CDC reports that First Responders are at a significantly higher risk for developing PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues. Thankfully, due to more public awareness, the stigma of seeking treatment is shifting.

We are here to help!

First Responder Counseling is a specialized treatment approach that focuses on the unique stressors experienced by law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians (EMT’s). Our team of counselors has training that allows them to understand the pressures and dynamics of working in crisis and the impact of prolonged exposure to continuous high stress.
