Modern Psychoanalyst | Licensed Mental Health Counselor | MaMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor | Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician

Psychotherapy is a journey of discovery and growth. “We know what we are, but know not what we may be” William Shakespeare wrote. As a psychotherapist I strive to facilitate that journey by creating safe, comfortable and respectful environment that allows for free expression of thoughts and feelings. In my practice I utilize various techniques such as talk therapy, mindfulness, insight orientation and play therapy. My psychoanalytic training provides me with the expertise and skill to look deeply into the experience of each client and to work together on overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of one’s happiness and satisfaction in life.

I have over 12 years of experience. I've worked in residential, partial, outpatient, school based and in-home therapy programs. I specialize in areas that span from depression, anxiety, trauma, personality, autism spectrum and substance abuse to life and work transitions, interpersonal, and cultural issues. I work with adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. I also practice in both English and Polish.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Warsaw University, Poland, and Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Clinical Psychoanalysis program at Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a member of the Society of Modern Psychoanalysis.
