Rachel Siegel, LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with multiple years of clinical experience in community mental health care settings. I have worked with a range of ages from school-aged children through older adults. My specialty is working with older children, adolescents and young adults. My scope of practice includes working with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, and stress. The therapy techniques I use most in my work include CBT, Mindfulness, and Exposure Therapy. I pull from these as well as other modalities to best co-create a treatment plan that works for my clients.

I strive to provide a warm, safe environment for individuals who are looking to engage in therapy and want to make changes in their life. The choice to begin therapy is a big step in a person’s life and I hope to support individuals in working towards their goals. As a therapist, being a part of someone’s journey is not something I take lightly. It is a privilege for me to be involved in this process. My goal is for individuals to use their own strengths and learn new skills to help work through challenges.

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and my Bachelor’s in Human Services from the University of Delaware.
