I am a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor on the LMHC track, holding a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents in high school settings, supporting clients navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, emotional dysregulation, body image concerns, and the everyday pressures of life.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a focus on distress tolerance and body-based grounding skills, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for thought reframing and family systems perspectives to better understand each client within their environment. I also incorporate play-based interventions to support creativity, connection, and emotional expression.
I work with individuals across the lifespan and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen regulation skills, and develop practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth.
